On 7th December 2011 Latin Quarter Ltd gained a resolution to grant planning subject to a Section 106 for the above development site.
The development area is 16 acres, with a frontage of approximately 350 meters along the River Thames. Planning is in outline in block format, for 620 apartments, 30 houses and 50,000 sq ft net of mixed commercial to be built over four phases.
The site is ten minutes walk to the £75 million Gravesend Transport Quarterman station, with the new high speed rail link to London St Pancras in 23 minutes.
The land ownership is divided between a number of land owners. All land owners are keen and willing to see the development come forward.
This sale process is seeking interest in either an outright sale or a joint venture with one developer to cover the entire development site, or a subdivision into smaller parcels ranging from 30 houses, small commercial development or 177 flats, being Phase One, know as the peninsular site, either as a land sale or as a joint venture.
Please feel free to contact the undersigned direct or speak with the consultants listed under contacts on any technical matter.
